It now possesses a longer lever arm so that the action of upshifting has gotten easier, with a lighter feel to it. It makes the shifting onto the big plate faster, simpler, something you’ll barely notice other than your legs moving around more slowly as you ride faster. Campy has designed the cage to be light and stiff. They utilize steel as the material of choice. It’s polished to look good, and relieved of excess weight with smart cut-outs. The cage shape works with compact, mid-compact, and standard chainrings. The Potenza range derailleurs work with Potenza levers, as well as Chorus, Record, and Super Record mechanical shifting. This derailleur comes in braze-on style only, so you’ll either need a mount on your frame, or source a front derailleur clamp that works with the diameter of your seat tube. R&A has plenty of clamps in all the diameters. The Campagnolo Potenza Eleven Speed Front Derailleur weighs 94g. There are two finishes to choose from, Black and Silver.
